Went in to buy a new pair of shoes for my daughter and for some advice on what to do with my daughter's pair of Clarks shoes bought from another Clarks shop some weeks ago and distance away which had fallen apart in the first week of being worn! Assistant said that "Clark's children's shoes are not built to last" but after some persistent enquiring finally gave me an address to write off to. Needless to say I did not buy my daughter Clark's shoes. Poor quality and poor service. A life long ambassador of Clark's lost in 5 minutes. "Not built to last" - the mind boggles!
