Came in during the summer to buy a Myton School Blazer for my child, to which the sales person forcefully sold me the blazer and much of the kit I didn’t need. After being to the official supplier for Myton to buy the sports kit I realised both the blazer and logo was completely wrong. I then purchased the correct blazer to ensure my child would be the same as all the other kids, which was both much nicer and cheaper!
Having been to the official supplier I tried to return the incorrect blazer to Chez Rama, this was both a challenge and a nightmare as I was made to feel guilty about returning the incorrect Blazer. After 20 minutes of solid arguing and justification I finally got my money back to which I will certainly NEVER return!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL
